The FAQs
Your first proof will be provided within two Australian business days of receiving your completed customisation form. Final delivery timing will depend on any refinements requested and how quickly I receive your feedback.
How long will it take?
Your package includes editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai) source files, so if you have access to Adobe Illustrator, you can make further edits to your logos yourself. Your SVG files can also be opened in Canva if you’d simply like to adjust the colours.
Can I edit the logos myself?
No, I can’t provide the fonts directly. I own the licenses to the fonts used in your logo, but legally, I can’t share them. However the font information will be included in your final files so you can purchase your own licenses if needed.
Does my package include the fonts to use on my Instagram or website?
Changes to fonts, illustrations and other design elements are not included. The semi-custom format allows us to offer professionally designed branding at a lower investment than a completely custom identity. However, we are happy to provide a quote for some custom edits.
Can I request changes to the fonts or design elements?
Yes. Our semi-custom brand suites are non-exclusive and may be purchased by more than one business. If you’re looking for a completely unique identity created specifically for your business, our custom branding service may be a better fit.
Will anyone else have the same brand?
Your business name, tagline and other relevant text will be customised to suit your business. You can also select two colours for your final logo files, in addition to the included black and white versions. The included SVG file can be opened in Canva, allowing you to easily edit and adjust colours yourself.
